As Director of Franchise Coaching, Ivy strives to implement the Vida-Flo core values throughout the entire business beginning at the store level. She is adept at utilizing all channels of communication but her main tool is the face to face visit with all our franchisees. Ms. Robinson emphasizes market strength through strategic development, system & processes, and profitability reporting. She utilizes both her personal and Vida-Flo corporate experience to make the phones and cash registers ring for the entire franchise system. Previously she was Director of Sales & Marketing for Texas Eateries Management Company, the largest franchisee within the Newk’s Eatery system. While leading the Western territory in off premises sales, Ivy built and executed marketing plans while providing mentoring to her franchisees. In addition to overseeing and producing creative campaigns in a variety of mediums, Robinson brokered dozens of cross-promotional opportunities on behalf of the brand and established relationships in both the civic and corporate space. Prior to her work in hospitality, Ivy worked in public relations at the U.S. House of Representatives on behalf of Congressman Jack Kingston. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia with degrees in Studio Art, International Affairs, and certificates in both Global Studies and Music Business.
